What is Pupil Premium?
The pupil premium is an allocation of funding provided to schools to help raise the attainment of pupils. The amount received is dependent on the number of children who are eligible and have claimed for free school meals at any time in the last six years. All schools are required to report on the amount of funding and how this is being used.
Information for Parents
All parents are encouraged to check their child's eligibility for Pupil Premium; this can be checked via this link. Information required for this process includes name, address, national insurance number or asylum support service number. In addition, parents will need to provide their child's name, date of birth and identify the school they are attending.
